About the Event
Ransford grew up in Birmingham and studied at Leeds Polytechnic. His first planning job was as a senior planning officer at London Borough of Hackney. Ransford has since led on delivering the first Aston Christian Centre, regeneration projects in Watford, Lambeth and Haringey, including the Tottenham Hotspurs stadium development, and revitalised stalled projects in Dartford, Lewes and Thurrock. Driven by a concern for fairness for all users of the planning system, he currently advises Watford Community Housing on their affordable housing delivery programme and Haringey’s African Caribbean Leadership Council on the redevelopment of their site.
Ransford shared his insights on how we can optimise opportunities to grow. The insight was helpful for attendees across the board from those starting out in planning to those considering the next leadership position. Watch the recording here.
