Hong is a policy planner who has over ten years of public sector planning experience, which covers a wide range of areas including plan making, infrastructure needs assessment, the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and strategic planning.

She has participated in some exciting planning projects with several London boroughs experiencing exponential growth. Through the valuable experience, she has gained an insight of the social, economic and environmental challenges and opportunities facing London. All of her projects have presented complex issues and required effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as excellent coordination of multidisciplinary teams. Hong is passionate about planning and keen to develop appropriate and suitable solutions to spatial and strategic planning.
