Rhiannan is a Planning and Highways solicitor with experience across both the public and private sectors. Her expertise includes Town and Country Planning, Development Consent Orders (DCOs) and Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPOs), advising on a range of planning and infrastructure matters and supporting residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.

Beyond her legal practice, Rhiannan is an active member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), contributing to regional activities, young planners and equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives. She is passionate about promoting inclusion across the planning profession and mentoring others
