 Celebrating individuals, particularly BPN members, who mentor and act as role models for other planners.

🌟 Rising Stars🌟:

 Highlighting planners from ethnic minority communities in the first 10 years of their careers who have made outstanding contributions, whether through impactful planning projects or work advancing EDI in the profession.

🌟The Rhema Dapaah Award🌟:

 For organisations that have made significant progress in achieving diverse and inclusive work practices and a diverse workforce, or contributed immensely to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion in Planning.
